New Yonkers art exhibit

Evolution Arts, a new Sunday art exhibit series in downtown Yonkers, is an outlet for local artists to showcase their work. The series was introduced this spring by the Yonkers Downtown/Waterfront Business Improvement District as yet another reason to visit the waterfront and its vibrant Main Street. The exhibits were originally scheduled to be held only three times in the spring but the enthusiasm and interest were so great that shows have been extended through October, according to city officials.
